It was late in the day, and I was time constrained, so I was super stoked that they were able to get me in for an alignment and balancing. The manager was great and the shop/showroom were what you’d expect from a chain tire / wheel shop. Had an emergency on a Saturday where my tire started leaking and wouldn't seal. These guys were able to get me in on a Saturday afternoon, checked all my tires, and were able to patch the hole and get me back on the road. Awesome service and Juan at the front was great! Had a terrible and frustrating experience at mountain view tire in lakewood and suffice to say we will NOT be coming back again. Would give zero stars if I could. We went in 2 days ago to replace all 4 tires of my car, Bruce the manager ordered them and said they’ll have them installed the following day.
