Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

The customer service at Mountain View Tires is the best I've received from any automotive facility and in the top 10 of any business I've ever frequented. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They take the time to listen to my questions and explain without making me feel dumb. Like any business dealing with vehicles they always recommend additional services. However, there is no hard sell. They rank them and give a timeline for when they need to be done. For example, on my most recent visit they gave me the list of things that need to be done for the 120,000 mile tuneup but made sure to say they were not needed yet.

I couldn’t have asked for better service and care from this shop. Juan and his team were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely attentive to my needs. They were honest about my car not needing a major repair and although my car sounded terrible (not the breaks) This level of integrity is hard to find. For this reason, I went ahead and replaced the brakes I had been putting off for some time and they did a great job. I will definitely return for any future maintenance and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you MV Team in Lakewood!

It was late in the day, and I was time constrained, so I was super stoked that they were able to get me in for an alignment and balancing. The manager was great and the shop/showroom were what you’d expect from a chain tire / wheel shop. Very clean with the smell of new black rubber, and even blacker coffee, and a TV playing something nobody wanted to watch. The service was priced average and took about average time. The technician was seemingly knowledgeable and personable and gave me a verbal summary of the work performed. However the end result was less than satisfactory. I’ll preface this next part with the vehicle being serviced is likely less than typical, but not rare enough to not ha…

Had an emergency on a Saturday where my tire started leaking and wouldn't seal. These guys were able to get me in on a Saturday afternoon, checked all my tires, and were able to patch the hole and get me back on the road. Awesome service and Juan at the front was great! Thanks for helping save our day.

Had a terrible and frustrating experience at mountain view tire in lakewood and suffice to say we will NOT be coming back again. Would give zero stars if I could. We went in 2 days ago to replace all 4 tires of my car, Bruce the manager ordered them and said they’ll have them installed the following day. During the tire installation they called to let us know they had to do tire alignment which we agreed to do since the car was already there and that it would be an extra $130 on top of the tires and labor. Later when we picked it up, we checked the tires and all 4 wheels were scratched on the rim. We asked the assistant manager Daniel to take a look and give us a solution since the manager B…
